MCI Special Instructions

Motor Coach Industries (MCI) pays their own freight bills.  We audit and enter the bills here at NCL.  MCI's accounting departments access the information on a weekly basis and pay the carriers directly. 

Because of this we do not have any information on when a bill is paid, check numbers or check totals.  What we can provide is what billing center the bill was invoiced to and who to call for payment information.  MCI has seven billing centers and their contact information is provided below. 

To get the letter of the billing center look in the Check# field of the pro you are looking up.
